This year's MAIN EVENT:  Heat Seeking professionals  compete against each other in Smokin Ed's PEPPER X GAUNTLET!  Up to 10 professionals will go through Pepper X Bootcamp. 5 rounds featuring Pepper X Hot Sauce, Pepper X Powder, Pepper X Tincture, Pepper X Oil, Pepper X Sludge, and Pepper X Tar.  Submit your pepper eating resume to apply to enter this contest:
